How practically we define In-Plant training in coimbatore 2023?
Students need to get an awareness about their subject (domain) by visiting the industries and get to know what exactly happening outside. Students cannot gain complete working knowledge during their In-Plant training. Normally Inplant training will be 1 week or 2 weeks training program.
Ex: If you’re visiting a car showroom, they will explain about seat adjustment, how many gears, mileage, speed, A/C, Steering, Engine, type of fuel etc., So here, you will get an information about car features and specifications. This is Inplant training. Here you cannot gain complete driving or workshop knowledge. To get that you need 3 months Internship training, which you will be doing in final year project. Dont Confuse Inplant training and Internship
Hiring companies have a standard procedure before recruiting ie., students should should have Inplant training certificate. Because of this importance, students has to attend Inplant training.
Time has gone when students apply for IPT, companies will give them opportunity and is for free. Now Tamil Nadu has 568 Engineering colleges + Arts and Science Colleges. With 100 km surrounding of Coimbatore, we have 7 Universities and around 75,000 students are passing out every year from various departments and specializations. Companies cannot accommodate these many students.
